Detailed Job Responsibilities To process all order on time on daily basisSales Order Conversion to Invoice and Delivery order.Select batch number according to "First in first Out" system.Select actual warehouse for stock delivery.Manage and communicate with Salesman for order "reject" and resubmit/cancelled order.To manage "Hold" order for "Cash Delivery Order".To coordinate with Shah Alam or Penang Office for Printing Invoice and Delivery Order on Daily basis.2. To arrange other goods to be delivery from all selected Warehouse To arrange other goods such as Free Gift, Sample, and marketing material to be deliver to customer during order from time to time.3. Create CN Create CN and DN on Weekly basis.To ensure all CN verify by KAM/HOD before sending to Finance.Credit note cut-off date is every 26th of the month.4. To assist superior for Order key in as given from time to time. Required Competencies and Experience At least SPM and above.Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
