Sales Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:Provide full administrative support to Sales and Marketing team.
Keep proper records of all sales-related activities and movements.
Prepare all relevant documents (invoices/DNs/CNs/Dos, etc.)
necessary for payments.
Keep track and follow up on payments upon due date.
Liaise with respective Banks on payment process and progress.
Attend to all sales calls in the absence of sales personnel.
Prepare and update statement of dealer's account and debtors aging reports.
Vehicles delivery/release – planning and control.
Liaise with all relevant inter-departments on all matters related to sales process/progress.
Ensure internal and external documentation is in order prior to processing job/work order.
Follow up and keep track of vehicles in process and progress of PUSPAKOM and JPJ.
Carry out other duties and assignments given by immediate superior.
Handle customer complaints and be familiar with complaint chronology.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and feedback from customers.
Attend to customers for service and repair jobs.
Handle spare parts sales.
Coordinate with Technician/Service Centre to update work progress and expedite repair/service jobs.
Job Requirements:Possess a minimum Certificate / Diploma.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Sales Admin & After Sales Service.
Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics - 51-100 employees.
