Job Description: Overall administration tasks for the Sales DepartmentSales order key in and submit system correctly on timeComplete Sales Process from vehicle order to delivery
(Vehicle booking, Registration, Puspakom Inspection, Delivery Order, Official Receipt etc)
Assist in managing vehicle inventory & stock listing.Work closely with HQ Finance department to ensure all financial record are correct.To handle insurance, road tax renewal and other related matters. Skills & Requirement: Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Able to work under pressure and independently, plan, coordinate, execute and propose effective daily task with all departments.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Must willing to work in Balakong, Selangor.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
