Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management & Strategy:
Sales Strategy Development:Work closely with senior management to define sales strategies, objectives, and KPIs. The goal is to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets. This includes setting individual performance goals, providing coaching, and managing performance reviews.Sales Forecasting:Analyze sales data and trends to forecast sales performance, helping the business plan and allocate resources efficiently.Lead Generation & Conversion:Oversee lead generation efforts, developing strategies for customer acquisition and retention, and managing the conversion process from prospects to clients.Client Relationship Management:Maintain key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, handling escalations, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.2. Administrative Management:
Office & Operations Management:Supervise day-to-day administrative functions including office supplies, facilities management, scheduling, and organizing meetings or events.Document Control:Ensure all contracts, sales agreements, invoices, and other important documents are properly stored, tracked, and managed.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements within both sales and administrative functions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.Budgeting & Resource Allocation:Manage budgets for both the sales department and the administrative team, allocating resources effectively to meet business goals.3. Collaboration with Other Departments:
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, HR, operations) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and to address any operational challenges.Report Generation:Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, pipeline activity, administrative tasks, and any other relevant metrics.4. Customer Service and Support:
Customer Support Oversight:Ensure that the sales team and administrative staff provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.Conflict Resolution:Address customer complaints or issues and implement solutions to ensure positive outcomes.Key Skills & Competencies:
Sales Expertise:Deep understanding of sales techniques, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.Leadership & People Management:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team, manage performance, and foster a positive, results-driven culture.Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, forecast sales, and track performance against targets.Project Management:Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, sales teams, and senior management effectively.Problem-Solving:Ability to address complex challenges in both sales and administration, making strategic decisions to improve processes.Tech Savvy:Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
