Sales Admin Coordinator

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-orientedSales Admin Coordinatorto manage essential sales operations efficiently.
Thishybrid positionrequires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication to ensure smooth coordination between retailers, suppliers, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and upload new products onto the B2B system, ensuring accurate and timely updates for retailer orders.
Monitor submission deadlines for retailer orders, set reminders, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely collation.
Consolidate retailer orders for pre-order products, cross-check for discrepancies, and follow up with the sales team to address missing details.
Prepare order sheets or purchase orders (PO) and ensure submissions to suppliers are completed within deadlines.
Allocate stock to retailers via the B2B system upon item arrival, facilitating prompt shipment to retailers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field (open to various disciplines).
4–5 yearsof relevant experience in sales administration or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with platforms likeShopee or Shopifyis advantageous.
