About the role
Join the dynamic team at AJIYA SAFETY GLASS SDN BHD as full-time Sales Admin Executive based in Segamat, Johor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Handle order entry and processing, ensuring accurate and timely input into the system.
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and managing calendars.
• Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
• Documentation Management: Manage and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of orders and deliveries.
• Inventory Monitoring: Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating with the production team to ensure product availability for customer orders.
• Sales Reporting: Compile and distribute regular sales reports and performance metrics for the management team.
• CRM & ERP Systems: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage customer data, sales orders, and inventory levels.
• Client Interaction: Assist in client communication, including follow-ups on quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.
• General Administrative Tasks: Support in managing correspondence, filing, and any other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in business administration or related field.
• Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate with Chinese clients
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
