Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to Sales department Uploading of documents into database Retrieving reports from database Allocating sales leads to respective Sales personnel Attending to enquiries and sending quotations Update sales and customer records Prepare financial and sales report Issue invoices to customer Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned Requirements: Minimum Secondary / Diploma Certificate. Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office Preferably have at least 1 - 2 years of related experience.
