[MICB GROUP SDN BHD - KULIM, KEDAH] Respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone, WhatsApp or e-mailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, quotation, pricing and viewing options.Managing an established customer base; renewal records with update into database.Handle small to large size opportunities and maintain relationship with customers/partners.Working closely with Channel Sales / PM to establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensure high quality customer service to all external customers.Undertake any duties assigned from time to time.To attend customer viewing and explain the details REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year working experience preferred but fresh graduate is also encouraged to applyUnderstand and replicate complex customer environmentSelf-motivated, willing to learn, independent worker with good attitudeStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAble to uphold confidentiality

Salary Range
RM1800-RM2500
+ Commissions up to RM3000
