Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities  To handle salesadministration tasks, including SPA and loan documentation signing,billing and collection.To liaise withpurchasers, lawyers, bankers and other relatedparties.Responsible to generate progressbilling, invoices and reminders to ensure all collection arecollected promptly.Assist in sales andmarketing activities.To attend any formof sales enquiries, launches andevents.To participatein roadshows, exhibitions andevents.To provideexcellent sales and customer services to existing customer andprospects.Attend customercomplaints, investigate problems, prepare reports and makerecommendation to the Management.Attend andprovide guidance to purchasers on end financingrequirement.Prepare weeklyand monthly billing and collection reports and forecastcollection.Assist supervisor todeal with related working documents & generaladministrative work.Perform any other ad-hoctasks as maybe assigned by the superior orCompany.Qualifications/Requirements Candidate must possess atleast Minimum SPM or equivalent.At least one(1) year experience in related field.Able tospeak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an addedadvantageSales Administration experience inproperty development company will be an addedadvantage.Computer literate and knowledge ofProperty Developer System software, Wiz Developer will be an addedadvantage.Knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Wordand Excel)Work independently with goodinterpersonal and communicationskills.Proactive, dynamic and a good teamplayer.Able to work on weekends and publicholidays.Possess own transport and willing totravel.
