Sales Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with Field Sales on Request for Quote (RFQ) and facilitate prompt quotations to customersHelp manage and grow assigned customers to achieve sales and profit objectivesProvide effective support to customers to gain market shareUpdate quote master file for sales department referenceConsolidate and submit regular reports
Requirements: A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field2 to 3 years of relevant inside sales / customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferredProficiency in MS Excel, with good analytical skills to handle data and pricing information effectivelyMeticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skillAble to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
