Sales & Admin Executive

Job Descriptions : Assist the sales manager to monitor sales performance and manage inventory.To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.Manage office operations, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements : Possess minimum SPM or Diploma Qualification.MInimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.Good knowledge in MS Office applications.Good Communication and interpersonal skills.Required languages :  English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsibility and able to work under pressure.
