We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to join our dynamic sales team and play a crucial role in supporting our success. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department and contributing to achieving our sales goals. -Founded in 1983, Felton Malaysia is a leading wholesaler of plastic products (household and furniture) and window blinds in Malaysia.
- Our primary customer base includes selling to major retail players and mom-and-pop stores from the general trade market.
-1,500+ products across 6 major plastic categories are designed and developed by an in-house RandD team.
-Our goal is to become Asia's most renowned plastic brand. We aim to expand the plastic product offerings towards ASEAN countries and to innovate new concepts at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing and Management:
-Verify customer information, pricing, and product availability against the customer purchase order (PO) to ensure accuracy.
-Identify any discrepancies between the customer PO and company standards, and work with the sales representative to obtain clarification or corrections from the customer.
-Ensure all required fields on the order form are completed according to the company's specific template and uploading of template into the system.
Sales Support:
-Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining customer databases.
-Assist with sales forecasting and reporting.
-Research and qualify potential leads generated through marketing campaigns.
-Manage and maintain sales collateral and marketing materials.
-Conduct ad hoc duties as assigned.
Data Entry and Reporting:
-Generate reports on sales activity, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
-Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

-Working proficiency in English (written and spoken). Applicants should also be able to speak conversational Chinese and Malay.
-Proficient in computer skill and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
