Job Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager.
Provide sales coordination and support to the sales team, including customer requests, pre & post customer sign-ups documentation, and follow-ups.
Manage correspondence between the regional sales team and relevant departments for any customer requests/issues/sales-related matters.
Perform basic administration in the Salesforce system for related sales activities, customer information, and reports.
Provide backup support for regional office general administrative functions.
Liaise with HQ Admin team on travel arrangements for hotel, flight, transport, and refreshments for nationwide sales staff covering events such as sales conferences and incentive trips. Prepare and submit the travel request form (TRF) to support staff travel arrangements.
Coordinate interview arrangements for sales staff hiring for the East Coast region, engaging with HQ HR to facilitate the submission of required documents and issuance of offer letters (LOA) for shortlisted candidates.
Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as required to monitor performance and target delivery of sales staff (e.g., Sales Standard Performance (SPS), Consistent Performance Tracking (CP), new joiner report card, probation review form to evaluate and rectify staff performance).
Support the establishment of cold call days (CCD) for sales staff, monitor, and furnish staff achievements for cold calls.
Assist in coordinating with HQ Admin team on the preparation of name cards for sales staff and manage the issuance of the company's T-shirts for all BDOs participating in events and team-building activities.
Help RSM and BDOs raise tickets in SNOW and follow up with the IT team to rectify highlighted issues.
Manage business development officer (BDO) resignations, arrange for exit processes, and submit relevant resignation documents to HR HQ.
Manage the issuance of company properties such as iPads, parking cards, and access cards. Ensure staff surrender company properties on their last working day and update HR HQ on the status of these properties.
Organize activities and events for sales staff within the allocated budget to encourage teamwork and good rapport among team members.
Manage the SME FB lead and channel active leads to Commercial Ops Manager, SRSM, and RSMs for engagement.
Provide online training and servicing to existing clients.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by management/superior from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients will have an advantage.
PC literate and well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality.
