AOT Gallery Sdn Bhd is a fast growing solid wood furniture trading company and market leader in solid wood furniture industry.
Currently looking for new team member to join the team and grow with us together with company subsidiaries.
What you will be doing with us?Create sales order & follow up customer payment.
Data entry work.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Support Facebook Live session by creating codes, tagging sold items & creating sales order.

Who we are looking for?Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
At least 1 year experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience in Sales is an added advantage.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
