Sales Admin

End financing tie-up for all new projects.
Agencies tie-up and ad-hoc agreement.
Arrange agent viewing appointment and prepare necessary documents and information.
Assist agent booking cases and follow up on loan status.
Monitor agents' signing cases and cancellation cases.
Follow up on agent's commission invoice.
Agent project briefing and site visit.
All reports related to agent's cases.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Our requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Basic knowledge in property development.
Required(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player, confident, responsible, self-motivated, attention to detail.
Possess own transport.
