Job Title:Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)
Job Description:
Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
Maintain all records and documentation in compliance with company policy.
General administrative duties of the Sales and Insurance department.
Assist in processing customer's orders and preparing registration documents of new cars.
Issue cover notes for all new car registrations and renewal insurances.
Attend to customer inquiries on motor insurance.
Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Possess automotive knowledge.
Possess basic computer skills.
Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
