Details of the offer

Basic Job Purpose   Provide sales coordination and order processing to support Sales & Marketing team.  Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing department as to ensure goods are delivered on time. Monitor inventory record and stock level to stock replenishment.   Duties and Responsibilities Generate Proforma Invoice, Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB), Delivery Order (DO) and invoice.  Follow up pending orde  Handle customer's enquiry. Verify outgoing goods against DO Liaise with transporters / forwarders for goods arrival status from BM. Handle stock order and spare parts order from BM and handle goods return to BM Handle stock adjustment on own use / return or exchange of goods / issue DO and Invoice for sample not returnable / product defects claims   Generate necessary documents and notify HQ (BM) Prepare transfer note and return note for sample returnable Follow up repair goods. Check all goods received.  Attend to walk-in-customer.  Monitor inventories and spare parts Advise sales team on arrival date of stocks. Handle stock take arrangement.  Maintain proper filing for easy retrieval. Handle price tag update for showroom versus system price. Handle customer payment status. Check and update company vehicle insurance and puspakom date, arrange with runner for inspection date. Monitor branches' office equipments, computers and furnitures and fitting are in good condition.  Ensure cleanliness of branches include pantry & wash room as well as surrounding outside the building include car park.  Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
