In this role, your role is essential in providing support to the Sales Team on administrative and operational matters, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Handle the processing of various administrative services such as quotation, sales order, delivery invoice and data updating with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns.
Ensure inventory management is well-managed with accurate stock levels.
Maintain sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance, trends and customer data and prepare weekly / monthly sales report.
Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate contact and order information.
Provide support for sales meetings and presentations, including preparing materials and reports.
Assist in organizing promotional activities, events and product launches.
Establish and maintain good rapport with distributors and customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure that orders are packed and delivered to customers on time.
Work closely within the department to ensure new product launches, changes in pack designs, sales / promotion schemes, price and market surveys are conducted and implemented.
Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Proficient in Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
