We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Customer Relations Executive to join our team.

You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Customer Care Team.In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support.
Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Ensuring all documentation pertaining to customers is updated into the respective service database timely and accurately.
Sales data entry and updates in the system.
Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Duration:Depending on your university's requirement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course).
Own transport to travel to work on a daily basis.
