Sales Admin & Marketing Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities
1. To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
2. To prepare reports and other documents as required by the management.
3. To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task.
4. To follow-up including invoices, inquiries, documentations, quotation verification, and deposit collection.
5. Manage customer request and diver to the respective departments.
6. Design on product materials.
7. Assist in sales and marketing promotional activities.
8.Broadcasting of new products and updates on the digital marketing platform.
9. Sales admin issue quote for corporate and existing customers.
