The Offer Opening within a company with a solid track record of successJoin a market leader within Environment / Renewable Energy / SustainabilityOpportunities for career growth & developmentThe Job You will be responsible for : Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teamsTo issue Sales Quotation/Delivery Order/Invoice/Statement of AccountTo issue Payment ScheduleTo issue Weekly Inventory Report / Monthly Sales ReportArrangement of shipment for Documents & PartsEnsuring timely delivery of item(s) to meet customer's requirementMaintaining and updating of inventory records in systemProviding translation of Japanese & Malay in written & speakingAttend to calls and guests Ensuring proper filing and archiving of documentsTo support overseas colleagues for accommodation & flight bookingsSupporting HR in Staff Administrations and SubmissionsSupporting Office in payments and documents processingSite documentation for Site Manager (Interim assistant)Sourcing and Purchasing of machine parts, PPE and any items required by site (Interim assistant)Miscellaneous related to Sales & Office administrationWorking closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.Scheduling and coordinating meetings.Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.Managing 11-50 team members.The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within industry.Candidate must be able to speak and write well in Mandarin and English (Japanese-speaking candidates will be bonus) to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of Excel, Autocount and Microsoft OfficeYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersThe Employer Our client expresses that they preserve the cleanliness of water, the atmosphere and greenery, and also sustain coexistence of all living things on Earth.
