Sales Admin & Receptionist

To handle sales related telephone calls, emails and walk-in customers.To contact courier company to check on status update of parcel if any delay / any issueHave a clear understanding on cost calculations.Prepare quotation, invoice & delivery orderArrange goods for customer on timeSet and achieve targets for the sales departmentTo provide quality services to existing clients for business continuityCooperate with department to achieve monthly and yearly sales targetManage daily customers' visitation, collecting order and paymentSupporting the Sales team in daily administrative taskResponsible for front office duties, reception and general administrationAttend promptly to incoming and outgoing calls, mail/courier packages as well as visitorsPerform data entry and filing tasksPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalentPreferably candidates with 1-2 year experience in the related field.Experience and knowledgeable 1-2 years in SQL system is added advantangeGood interpersonal skills with all level of staffCan work independently, willing to learn and responsible.Mandarin speaker is an advantage
