Sales Admin / Sales Assistant

JobResponsibilities • Attending toin-bound calls and customers enquiry on the services of thecompany.
• Scheduling customers' appointmentsand follow-through on appointments, blood test sessions and anyother services undertaken by customers.
•Managing customers' database and ensuring up-to-date customers'information is available at all times.
•Preparing the customers for consultation including measuring bodyprofile, blood pressure and any other relevant procedure prior toconsultation.
• Administration of thereplenishment of nutraceuticals including packaging, liaison withdelivery companies and tracking of delivery in full and ontime.
• Ensure collection of payments of allproducts and services undertaken by customers.
•Issue Purchase and sales invoice when clients place order
.
PersonSpecification: • Minimum STPM ordiploma in any field with at least 2 years' working experience incustomer service or front line.
• Possess goodcommunication skills and ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu,English, Mandarin and different Chinese dialects.
• Likes meeting people with a pleasant personality,proactive, responsible and has strong team spirit.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• Computer literally
