Sales Admin Senior Executive

Handle Sales Administrative duties daily. Liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on sales & purchase agreements to process loan documentation. Ensure accurate information is updated in the IFCA system and timely issuance of progressive billings and reminders. Make sure progressive payments are collected within the stipulated timeframe. Ensure that billings and collections are prepared and updated. Respond to Purchaser on the enquiries and correspondence. Handle Delivery of vacant and collection key appointments. Assist with post-vacant possession processes like sub-sale, refinancing, and perfection of transfer. Any ad-hoc tasks when needed. Requirements Minimum Diploma of Business Administration or any related field. Have a minimum of 5 years working experience with Property Development. Preference for IFCA proficiency is desired.
