Responsibilities Prepare customer quotations and ensure accuracy in orders, invoices, and contracts.
Process orders, follow up with clients for missing information, and handle queries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and billing.
Monitor and follow up on software and contract renewals with customers.
Maintain and update sales and customer records, including contracts and purchase orders.
Develop sales reports for the Sales Director and monitor progress toward sales targets.
Conduct surveys and share customer feedback with the sales team.
Assist in marketing campaigns and prepare prospecting lists.
Stay informed about the companys products and solutions to support promotional efforts.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any discipline or Diploma with at least 4 years of work experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or support role.
Proficiency in sales software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.
Team player with dedication and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-stress environment.
