Data Entry and Record-keeping:Inputting sales data, customer information, and other relevant data into databases or any in-house system.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
Documentation and Correspondence:Drafting and preparing sales-related documents such as sales contracts, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Handling correspondence via email, phone, or mail with clients, prospects, and internal team members.
Order Processing and Tracking:Processing sales orders, verifying product availability, pricing, and discounts.
Tracking orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Customer Support:Assisting customers with inquiries, order status updates, and product information.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns or escalating issues to the appropriate department or personnel.
Sales Support:Assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and generating sales forecasts.
Coordinating sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Inventory Management:Updating inventory records and assisting with inventory counts or audits as required.
Sales Team Coordination:Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate communication, coordinate activities, and ensure alignment with sales objectives and targets.
Administrative Support:Providing general administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing reports, and performing other clerical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
Applicants with a minimum of 2 years of general admin experience will have an advantage.
Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
