Responsibilities: To handle customer inquiries and provide quotation given by Sales personnel. To verify customer's order for local (Msia) & export sales against quotation and Letter of Credit, D/A, D/P, T/T & COD payment terms. To process shipping documents, eg. Verifying customer's PO, Invoicing, Packing List, Bill of Lading, MITI Certificate of Origin, Insurance and knowledge of ERP system is preferable. To handle Local Transporter/Forwarding Agent for Malaysia & Singapore deliveries. To negotiate with Export Forwarder/Liners on freight rates and vessel bookings for export shipments and to verify in invoices from these service providers. To assist Sales personnel to obtain information or to reply to customer's email pertaining to inquiries, shipment arrangements and other sales related queries. To assist Sales Admin Manager to liaise with the Production, Store and QC department to ensure timely deliveries of Sales orders. To prepare monthly Sales Reports and yearly Budget Reports to present in monthly Sales Meeting. To handle customer complaint with internal departments and reply to customer with our finding & corrective action. To monitor customers payment and to follow-up with customer with outstanding payments. To support Sales Department with Sales Administrative task and to perform as a 5S Inspector, Internal Auditor for ISO9001/14001/45001/FSSC/RSPO/NSF as and when required. Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of pertinent experience and supervision of employees Must possess the capability to communicate with top management. Possess of good knowledge in English writing and communication Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration or Sales related field.
