Responsibilities: To handle customer inquiries and providequotation given by Sales personnel.To verifycustomer's order for local (Msia) & export sales againstquotation and Letter of Credit, D/A, D/P, T/T & COD paymentterms.To process shipping documents, eg.Verifying customer's PO, Invoicing, Packing List, Bill of Lading,MITI Certificate of Origin, Insurance and knowledge of ERP systemis preferable.To handle LocalTransporter/Forwarding Agent for Malaysia & Singaporedeliveries.To negotiate with ExportForwarder/Liners on freight rates and vessel bookings for exportshipments and to verify in invoices from these serviceproviders.To assist Sales personnel to obtaininformation or to reply to customer's email pertaining toinquiries, shipment arrangements and other sales relatedqueries.To assist Sales Admin Manager toliaise with the Production, Store and QC department to ensuretimely deliveries of Sales orders.To preparemonthly Sales Reports and yearly Budget Reports to present inmonthly Sales Meeting.To handle customercomplaint with internal departments and reply to customer with ourfinding & corrective action.To monitorcustomers payment and to follow-up with customer with outstandingpayments.To support Sales Department withSales Administrative task and to perform as a 5S Inspector,Internal Auditor for ISO9001/14001/45001/FSSC/RSPO/NSF as and whenrequired.Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of pertinentexperience and supervision of employeesMustpossess the capability to communicate with topmanagement.Possess of good knowledge inEnglish writing and communicationBachelor'sDegree in International Business Administration or Sales relatedfield.Age: 30-40Interested applicants should send their resume with givingdetails of personal particulars, a recent passport sizedphotograph, working experience, present and expected salary andcontact telephone number before07thOctober 2024.
