Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests.
Track important project progress, collect and organize information.
Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data.
Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies.
Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, coordinating with relevant departments for reviews.
Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments.
Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents.
Oversee customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service.
Monitor production, shipping, and on-site supervision.
Maintain customer records and manage adjustments such as price changes and amendments.
Issue quotations, get POs, and chase for invoices from the client as well as the product like the duration of manufacturing, delivery of product, and others.
Conduct cost analysis from getting POs from clients to sending orders to production, knowing the deadlines, and following up with clients on the shipment.
Prepare the invoice and send it to finance.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Shipping, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Executive in a similar role.
Welcome fresh graduates to apply.
Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
