Administrative Responsibilities: Manage the company's customer database, providing support for current customer service needs, including billing, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.Coordinate schedules for technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery.Sales & Lead Management: Handle inbound customer inquiries and calls, assisting with sales leads and supporting customer service needs.Key Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills to maintain positive customer relationships.Highly responsive to customer needs and inquiries.Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work.Compensation: Base Salary: $3,500Incentives: $1,000 to $6,000 monthly for effective management of sales and leads via the company's customer hotline.Language Requirement: Proficiency in Chinese is required.
