Local Sales Administrative Support What is this job about?  Preparation of relevant reports in relation to local salesAnalysis of sales data to find solutions to improve efficiencyManaging sales team's travel itinerary and travel claimsMonitoring of sales team's KPI on a monthly basisLiaising with respective sales teams on day-to-day mattersCorrespondence with sales teams and local distribution partnersB2B Customer SupportMaintain and update regulatory documents' recordsStay updated on current product regulatory guidelines and assist in ensuring all sales and marketing communication are in compliance with current guidelinesSubmit product registration or notification to relevant regulatory authorities (for new products or renewal of existing products)Attend and respond to queries from regulatory authorities as and when the need arisesAny other relevant administrative tasks as assigned Who are we looking for? Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar preferredPrevious experience in sales administration, or a similar roleProficiency with MS Office (Words, Excel in particular)Good organizational and multitasking skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsGood people skills
