Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)
Confirm and submit e-invoices for sales invoices and return notes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Monitor wholesale customer accounts, including credit terms, pricing agreements, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports to provide insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, agreements, and transactions.
Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile sales data and address invoices or payment discrepancies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in sales administration, customer service, or a related role; sales experience is a plus.
Willingness to work during weekends and public holidays (if needed).
Skills:Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting purposes.Attributes:A fast learner with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
