You will support NS BlueScope Lysaght (Sarawak) sales activities in meeting the Budget. Apart from that, you are to ensure proper costing model is adhered to across sales function in order to maintain the profitability of the company.
What You'll Do
1. Ensure sales strategy implementation and support the achievement of company business objective and Target.
2. Support salesperson in preparation of quotations as well as responding to ad hoc enquiries from QS and dial-in customers.
3. Prepare product costing reports and price list.
4. Run and maintain a product costing and profitability management model.
5. Verification of pricing on orders received.
6. File all quotations/blanket orders and all purchase orders.
7. Ensure projects are tracked, performance recorded and communicated.
8. Gather market intelligence on competitors' system, pricing, market offers etc.
9. Administrate and ensure proper tracking of the issuance of Warranty to customers.
10. Ensure adherence to all Company principles, policies, local legal and company OHSE and safety practices.
11. Assist the Sales Manager on any other duties which may be assigned.
What You'll Need to Succeed
1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Marketing/Business Administration or other related fields.
2. Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent in building material industry is an added advantage.
3. Hands on experience with ERP software and MS Office, , preferably MS Excel.
4. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
6. A team player with high level of dedication.
7. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
