Sales Administrator

Job Responsibilities: Responsible in generate Invoices, customer orders and etc. related document. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system. Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time. To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task. Timely and accurately processing of daily sales order. Established and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration. Perform daily office general clerical duties. Perform ad-hock tasks if needed.   Job Requirements: At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good working attitude and pleasant personality. Ability to perform multitask and prioritize daily workload. Knowledge in using Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel. Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English (?? will be added advantages). MUST willing to work for 6 days.  Working Hour: Mon-Sat 8.30AM to 5.30PM
