Sales Advisor (Jb Area, Spm, Commission + Ot)

Provide counselling and product knowledge development for junior team members.Manage the sales team effectively.Conduct daily tools box meetings.Report weekly operations to the supervisor.Main responsibilities include:Offering comprehensive product information to customers.Demonstrating exceptional customer care and delivering high-level customer service.Utilizing active listening skills to identify customer needs.Confidently making and closing sales.Understanding the significance of best-selling products and highlighting key features.Actively monitor the sales team, provide feedback, and offer regular coaching on the above tasks. Job Requirements: Minimum qualification of SPM.2-3 years of relevant working experience.Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.Familiarity with computer systems.Availability to work 6 days a week.Work locations available in:JB: Bukit Indah, Tun Aminah, Tebrau, Kulai.
