Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Minimum of 1-2 years experience is an advantage
Able to work independently
Able to drive pickup (FWD) to plantation
Able to communicate well with customers
Job Scope:
Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainably
Develop interpersonal relationships with farmers, researchers, end users, or consultants with emphasis on collaboration and promotion of product
Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans
Initiate sales contact, understand customer needs, and present applicable products
Increase customer base and grow sales volume
Plan and carry out test plots for products at farms on a variety of crops
Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Demonstrate leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience

Salary Range:RM3000 - RM5000
