Sales And Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:Lead, initiate, monitor, negotiate, and supervise the team members of the department.
Contribute positively to achieving sales and collections targets.
Carry out daily tasks and handle customers' and suppliers' issues.
Promote our products to existing and prospective customers.
Maintain monthly sales and marketing reports against yearly budget.
Coordinate with accounts, production, and shipping departments for incoming/outgoing containers.
Prepare and process sales orders and purchase orders, ensuring goods deliveries as requested by customers/suppliers.
Increase the number of suppliers and customers.
Visit customers and suppliers locally and/or overseas.
Prepare yearly budget.
Initiate and handle new projects before assigning to assistants.
