Key Responsibilities: -  


-Assist sales and marketing teams with sales report, tracking metrics, documenation and event coordination. 


-Process and track orders, address customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide order updates.


-Generate and analyse sales report and maintain customer databases.


-Collaborate with sales and marketing, logistics and finance for smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 


-Schedule meetings, presentations, and events, maintain sales contacts and proposals. 


-Assist to conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends, and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.

; Requirements:- Job Requirements: - 


-Diploma or Degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management). 


-2-3 years in sales coordinator or administrative support, fresh graduates welcome. 


-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software


-Strong written and verbal communications skills


-Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail


-Effective at resolving issues and managing tasks in a fast-paced environment. 


-Willing to travel occasionally
