Job DescriptionAs an Accounts Cum Human Resources Executive at Netregy Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing both financial and human resources functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Conduct monthly and annual financial closings.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Oversee procurement and logistics operations.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, including job postings and interviews.
Maintain and update employee records.
Administer employee benefits and leave management.
Address employee concerns and conflicts.
Assist in developing HR policies and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in both accounting and human resources functions, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
