**Sales & Marketing Executive**Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive where you'll oversee modern trade and take the helm of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth while crafting innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence within modern trade channels.**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct regular market visits to assess product availability, visibility, and promotional activities in modern trade outlets..- Develop and implement sales / marketing plans tailored specifically for modern trade channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.7- Lead the creation of engaging marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations to boost brand visibility and drive sales.- Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners to ensure optimal product placement and promotional opportunities.- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, marketing activities, market trends, and competitor activities to management.- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to modern trade customers.- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in modern trade marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.**Qualifications**:- 2 - 5 years experiences in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Sales: 2 years (required)
