Sales and Marketing Executive (Education)About the role:
We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Preschool.
You will be responsible for driving new business development and enhancing our brand visibility in the local market.Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to promote our educational services and attract new students.
Conduct sales & marketing activities to promote programmes offered.
Attend marketing activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and counselling sessions.
Strategize and implement plans to increase students' enrollment.
Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns.
Review and ensure accuracy of all sales and marketing related materials (e.g website, social media, printed material etc.)
Maintain and update on sales and marketing processes, pricing, partner market information, video/photo taking etc.
Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance of all business development, marketing and admissions processes.
Plan, execute and participate in roadshows, education fairs and other marketing activities/events.
Answer calls and walk-in queries regarding courses and programs.
Follow-up on enquiries to potential students.
Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Education or Service Industry.
Fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people and are highly interested in applying for this role can be considered.
Language Proficiency: English, Malay, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
