Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will help grow our sales, find new customers, and support marketing activities.
You will work with customers, answer their questions, inquiries, and help to promote our products.
This job may involve travel within Malaysia and overseas, as well as replying to customers outside office hours as most of them are based overseas.
Responsibilities:
Find and Convert Leads
Look for new customers through networking, exhibitions, and customer visits.
Build good relationships with customers to close sales.Support Sales and Marketing
Help create sales plans to meet company goals.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotions.Customer Service
Respond quickly to customer questions and inquiries.
Ensure showrooms and marketing material are ready before customer visits.Market Feedback
Share customer feedback with the R&D team to improve products.
Assist the R&D team in creating new products that meet customer needs.Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Diploma or degree is a bonus.
Good English communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
