This position is responsible for setting up effective strategies to expand the Company's customer base in order to generate new prospects and qualified sales leads and convert them into paying customers. As front-line representatives of the Company, the person must often create their best first impression and always be highly motivated to assist clients with their logistics needs, with the end goal of increasing the Company's revenues and growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to attract potential leads and new customers through inquiries generated from marketing efforts.
Provide excellent sales and high-class customer service by contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, and educating them about the Company's products and services.
Present product and service information to customers based on their needs, interests, and viability to drive sales.
Connect solid leads through the marketing funnel, arranging in-person meetings, emails, texts, or phone calls according to the Company's SOP to ensure sales targets are met.
Perform regular follow-up tasks with potential leads and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Maintain the customer relationship management database and compile sales performance reports on time.
Analyze revenue reports, customer surveys, and financial data to prepare budgets, pricing forecasts, and sales goals for upcoming periods.
Coordinate with the Operations/Customer Support team to resolve client issues such as complaints and queries.
Job Requirements
Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
A resilient and determined individual.
An active listener with an outgoing personality and good social etiquette.
Must be responsible, result-oriented, possess good time management and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various channels (email, social media, phone, etc.) and strong decision-making capabilities.
Must have strong customer service skills, be a great team player, and pay attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
Carry out administrative duties as per the Company's business operation and requirements.
Provide technical support to the Company's marketing and sales department, including media preparation and acting as a customer service representative.
Organize data entry into the system, maintain files, and report to management.
Prepare shipment of packages as per clients' requests and coordinate with relevant parties for smooth delivery.
Ensure all required documents are ready and available when needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum STPM or Diploma.
