About the Role We are looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable Technocommercial Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Aon-Agro (agro-inputs) team.
In this role, you will drive sales of agro-inputs and execute marketing activities related to Aon-Agro.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales on a retail and regional level for agro-inputs across product segments such as pesticides, foliar, seeds, fertilizer etc.
Run marketing activities such as events, booths, and partnerships, to create awareness and drive walk-ins.
Generate leads to eventually convert customers to buy from our retail stores.
Build solid and professional relationship with local expertise and influencers, such as farmers and technocommercial executives from other agrochemical companies.
Provide technical support and insights to customers and to HQ.
About You Minimum 1 years of experience in the paddy industry.
Past experience as a technocommercial will be highly valued.
Experience in direct sales with end users and agricultural field.
Outgoing personality, willing to try new things.
Fluent in Malay and the local dialects.
