Sales and Marketing Executive Posting Date : 11 Sep 2024 | Close Date :10 Dec 2024 Job Responsibility : Indoor Sales Division To coordinate with sales team on local and export market daily sales activities and to assist Sales Manager to build up the export market.To attend and refer all sales enquiries to the respective Sales Personnel.To attend to walk-in customers. To generate Delivery Order & Invoice and arrange for delivery upon approval from Sales Manager.To follow up on return chop sign Delivery Order and attached with invoices & post / courier to customer accordingly.To prepare, print out and filing all quotation for review purpose.To prepare and print the technical data as and when necessary.To ensure all samples and brochures are sufficient at all times. Materials Division To ensure all stocks are at the buffer stock level To physically inspect the goods on arriving and issuing To ensure the quantity of finished goods (FG) are accurate before into store. To ensure proper arrangement of stocks and FG in the store. Update the stock cards and records timely into UBS Inventory system. To conduct monthly stock count and follow up on discrepancy (if any). To maintain an accurate count of all stocks, physical vs UBS Inventory system at all times. To inform Sales Manager when stocks balances reached reordering level. 3. Develop and Maintain Customer Base Maintain good rapport with the existing customer. Develop and open new market for the Company's products. Visiting architects and consultants to promote and get our range of products specified for projects in the market. Work together with the existing distributors or dealers to gain more market shares. Attend to enquiries promptly and professionally. Attend to all customer complaints. 4. Market Information Gather market intelligence, seek out new opportunities for business growth and maintain good relationships with customers. Study, analyse and forecast market demand on the Company's range of products. To collect, update and report on competitors' product and pricing. Monitor and analyse the performance of customers and its credit worthiness. Periodically report on sales performance to the top management for appraisal and review. 5. Other Miscellaneous Assignments To check & reply on all incoming emails & conduct housekeeping on incoming / outgoing emails to avoid any interruption. To inform immediate superior and management of any complaint and issues which affect the Company. To carry out other miscellaneous assignments given by the management from time to time.
