DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To position the Company as the preferred choice for fertility treatment services and to oversee the continuous improvement in the Sales & Marketing Department.To conduct all aspects of the sales activities, promotions and marketing communications that will increase the sales and enhance the image and position of the Company to achieve company objectives and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, and provide a report of such activities. Manage each sale and marketing activities budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, including sales figures, ROI and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve overall performance.To assist in conducting market research as instructed by the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager and top management.To implement and continuously enhance the procedures for operations and activities of all services.To ensure all marketing efforts support corporate goals, and are in harmony with other operational goals.To develop and maintain good relationship with the Company's alliances and business partners.To assist in the departmental budgets and forecasts.To enhance professional growth and development through reading of relevant literature and attending appropriate local and international training, seminars and conference.Perform all other related duties as assigned or incidental to the work as described above. Undertaking special assignments, ad-hoc and related matters as and when required.Covering duties of colleagues in the same and other departments if possible and when necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant/ equivalent field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing. Experience in planning, executing and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Familiarity with the fertility or related industry, as it provides context and understanding of specific market dynamics. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management. Good proficiency in using software tools like Microsoft Office.Strong proficiency in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing partnerships that drive business growth.Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.Both junior and senior sales and marketing executive positions are available. The position offered will depend on your experience and qualifications.
