Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Financial and Forecast ManagementAssist in developing and managing the sales and marketing budget.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources for maximum ROI.
Track sales performance metrics and report findings to management.
Market Analysis and StrategyConduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing and PromotionsPlan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Coordinate with Goodnite Marketing Team for advertising and promotional materials.
Design and deliver training programs for sales assistants to enhance their selling skills.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure consistent performance across outlets.
Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales assistants to tailor approaches based on local market needs.
Job RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Interior Design).
Experience:Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cabinetry industry.
Knowledge:Strong understanding of cabinetry materials and industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Skills:Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to travel as required.
