Position Overview:The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.
This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for HR consulting.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Create and implement marketing plans and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for business.
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and client engagement.
Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Service or HR field.
Passion in Marketing or Business Development.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Excellent Client Engagement Skills, providing ideas and solutions to clients.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates' selection methods.
Able to speak good English; good presentation skills.Mandarin speaker is an added advantage to support clients from China and Taiwan.
Reporting to Business Recruitment Manager.
