Qualifications & ExperienceCandidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Manager heading Business or Marketing department.
Experience in the packaging industry, International Business, and background would have added advantage.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business.
Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to travel extensively and work under high pressure.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, explore, and develop new business opportunities.
Responsible for heading up the expansion in new markets and businesses.
Follow up closely with customers on all commercial-related matters.
Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization.
Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements.
Propose and manage market strategies.
