Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue. Oversee all revenue management functions to optimise hotel performance. Build and maintain relationships with key market segments including corporate clients, leisure travellers, and tour operators. Identify and target key markets such as China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia. Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior sales and revenue role within the luxury hotel sector.
Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian hospitality market.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The Offer: USD 66,000–78,000 (negotiable based on experience).
